About the role

Join our team at REACH Senior Service's Senior Care Centre and make a meaningful impact on seniors' lives. As a Physiotherapist, you will support rehabilitation and wellness programmes that help seniors maintain mobility, strength, and independence through safe, evidence-based physiotherapy interventions. Key Responsiblities Conduct basic physiotherapy assessments under supervision. Implement and monitor individualised exercise and rehabilitation programmes. Facilitate therapy sessions, group exercises, and mobility training. Maintain physiotherapy equipment and assistive devices. Observe, record, and report clients' progress to the supervising Physiotherapist. Educate clients and caregivers on safe mobility and home exercises. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care plans. Maintain accurate documentation and assist with scheduling therapy sessions. Support health promotion programmes and participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification recognised by AHPC.
• Eligible for registration or conditional registration with AHPC.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in eldercare, rehabilitation, or community settings preferred.
• Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about promoting active ageing and improving seniors' quality of life.
