Responsibilities

  • A structured, systematic mindset: Proven ability to manage complex timelines and translate ambiguous project briefs into orderly, operational workflows (direct PM certification is not required, but a strong Project Management thought process is essential).
  • Matrix Experience: Proficient in navigating global or highly matrixed organizations, with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders across diverse geographical regions.
  • Data Literacy: Data analytics knowledge and capabilities focused explicitly on workforce planning and people metrics.
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence, advise, and align senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
  • HR Generalist Expertise: Profound end-to-end knowledge across core HR functions, including reward & recognition, career architecture, performance governance, talent management, and change management.
  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Design, Business Management, or an equivalent field.

Requirements

  • Regional Exposure: Direct experience working across Southeast Asian or APAC markets, managing diverse cultural nuances.

We are on the lookout for an experienced, highly structured Senior Manager, People Partner to join the Pandora People Partner Team based out of Malaysia. On our journey to always deliver amazing experiences, you will serve as a critical strategic and operational anchor for our specialized business units. You will partner closely with business leaders, our Centers of Excellence (COEs), and Workforce Planning teams to design and execute people strategies that drive organizational efficiency, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and enable employees to do their best work.
