Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Depositary Hub Representative ( Junior Client Service Representative Real Estate) to join our dynamic Depositary Operational Hub Team. In this key role you will perform reviews relating to the asset transactions of alternative investment funds, primarily investing in Real Estate, Private Equity and Private Debt assets. You will also perform tasks that support the execution of the Depositary Oversight duties as defined by the AIFMD and UCITS V directives. In this role, you will cooperate with other BBH offices such as Luxembourg in order to provide timely and accurate completion of all the relevant tasks. Your experience in document analysis, fund industry and, preferably customer service will enable you to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. To be successful, you will need to be detailed and customer oriented, well organized, and eager to learn. On this position you will be responsible for: Analyzing transactions of various asset classes (Real Estate, Private Equity, Private Debt Funds) and reviewing the related legal documentation. Analyzing changes in Fund Structures, by collecting and reviewing corporate documentation. Proactively responding to Depositary related internal and external client's inquiries on a daily basis by providing high quality, accurate and timely service Being first point of contact for Luxembourg Team and maintaining good relationship with Luxembourg Office and clients Monitoring and reviewing Cash Flow movements Performing tasks related to depositary oversight duties in a timely manner. Ensuring department procedures and controls are adhered to. Working on potential process flow improvements and efficiencies. Supporting the Team's supervisors in the management of daily processes Escalating any risks and data incidents to the Team's supervisors/Managers
