SMM Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SMM strategies aligned with business objectives and industry trends.
• Grow and strengthen the brand's presence across Instagram and TikTok.
• Create and implement content plans in collaboration with the marketing and design teams.
• Monitor key performance metrics, analyze results, and continuously optimize activities based on data insights.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
• Your skills:
• 2+ years of experience as an SMM Manager.
• Hands-on experience with Instagram and TikTok (Threads is a plus) .
• Understanding of analytics, marketing funnels, and key performance metrics.
• Ability to generate creative ideas and evaluate content through the lens of marketing objectives.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Basic design and copywriting skills.
