About the role

We are looking for a highly qualified Insurance Lawyer to join our legal team in Montreuil or Paris, France. As part of this position, you will work on a French and international scope. As an insurance lawyer, you play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice and support on insurance-related matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and protecting the interests of our organisation. Participate in the development and implementation of the company's insurance policies and procedures. Your background? Master of Laws, with a specialization in insurance law preferred Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in insurance law, demonstrated in an international context Your strengths? In-depth knowledge of insurance law, regulation and industry best practices. Knowledge of construction law would be a valuable plus. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent legal research, analysis, and writing skills. Fluent command of French and English, written and oral (negotiation and training to be carried out in the 2 languages). Solid understanding of the principles of risk assessment and management in a group environment (different business lines and territories). In-depth knowledge of contract law and the interpretation of insurance policies. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
