- Good knowledge of construction materials and costing to improve accuracy in estimates and procurement
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quantity take-off to efficiently manage project data and calculations
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills to support cost management and supplier coordination
- Good communication and coordination skills to facilitate effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience to ensure familiarity with project workflows and industry standards
