Job Summary: The US Growth Strategy Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding iHerb's brand presence in the United States. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, US Growth Strategy , this individual will serve as a key execution lead, translating high-level market strategies into actionable tactical plans to drive ecommerce growth. We are looking for a data-driven "doer" with a "full-stack" marketing mindset who can bridge the gap between strategic insights and operational excellence. This role is essential for knocking down internal and external barriers to help iHerb "crack the code" on the highly competitive US health and wellness landscape. Job Expectations: Strategic Execution & Insight Activation Translate Strategy to Action: Work closely with the Senior Director to turn the overarching US market and brand strategy into detailed, executable roadmaps and go-to-market plans. Data-Driven Decision Making: Perform in-depth analysis of US consumer behaviors, market trends, and competitor activities to identify "white-space" opportunities and actionable growth levers. KPI Management: Own the tracking and reporting of US-specific KPIs, providing regular performance updates and proactively developing action plans to address challenges or capitalize on new trends (e.g., AOV, Repeat Purchase Rate, CAC), Budget & Forecast Support: Assist in managing the US market budget, ensuring initiatives are cost-effective and aligned with forecasted revenue goals. Cross-Functional Tactical Leadership Operational Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact for global marketing teams (Paid Media, Social, Influencer, CRM) to ensure US-specific campaigns are localized effectively and executed on time. Product & Merchandising Alignment: Partner with product development and merchandising teams to ensure the US product roadmap reflects current domestic market needs and consumer trends. Vendor & Partnership Growth: Identify and evaluate potential US-based partnerships and third-party opportunities that align with target segments and strategic priorities. Project Management: Oversee complex, cross-functional projects from ideation through post-mortem analysis, ensuring all internal stakeholders are aligned and deliverables are met. Ecommerce Fundamentals: Influence cross-functional teams to optimize the end-to-end customer journey on iHerb.com, specifically targeting site experience, communications, pricing, promotions, and delivery logistics. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Required: 7+ years of experience in strategic e-commerce growth roles, leveraging data insights and technology to scale business performance, engagement, and retention. Ability to translate data and high-level strategy into actionable, daily marketing tactics. A high-energy "doer" comfortable executing tasks in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Broad knowledge of the ecommerce funnel, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand strategy. Financial & Growth Modeling: Demonstrated experience in calculating the "size of the prize" for strategic initiatives and using financial modeling to justify business cases. Skilled in presenting succinct, visually appealing, data-driven recommendations to executives and partners. Proven experience in collaborating with and influencing cross-functional partners. Excellence in interpersonal and communication skills to aid cross-functional leadership Hyper-analytical mindset with a proven record of using business metrics to drive informed decision-making. Excellent proofreading and attention to detail Comfortable performing in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously via Asana. Interest or experience in the health, wellness, or VMS industry. Equipment Knowledge: Broad knowledge and experience with ecommerce marketing platforms (e.g. CRM, CMS, CDP, paid search, paid social, loyalty and others) High aptitude and ability to make efficient use of online productivity and communication tools, in our case with the Google Workspace suite and Asana Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred Experience with Asana or similar project management platforms Experience Requirements: Generally requires a minimum 7+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital growth, strategic operations, or performance optimization, leveraging data-driven frameworks to drive engagement and retention in a DTC or digital commerce environment.
