About the role

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to help strategize and manage complex autonomous trucking engineering projects, identify gaps, and implement best practices for our customers. This position will involve intense collaboration with engineers within Applied Intuition and at the customer, in order to implement solutions towards our customers' autonomy deployment goals. At Applied Intuition, you will: Own strategic trucking autonomy projects that are critical for Applied Intuition's engagements with global truck OEMs Drive execution of large-scope, cross-disciplinary initiatives focused on Level 4 (L4) autonomy for trucks, integrating hardware, software, and operations to accelerate development, deployment, and commercialization Collaborate with customers and stakeholders - working directly with OEM customers, engineering teams, and executives - to understand use-cases, clear requirements, and address technical challenges to ensure project success in trucking autonomy Work closely with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, safety, and operations to deliver major program milestones Support business development activities by drafting technical proposals, authoringRFQ responses, and hosting technology demonstrations We're looking for someone who has: At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience with advanced software, robotics, or autonomous vehicle programs (ADAS or L4 autonomy). Hands-on experience managing complex, cross-functional engineering programs. Experience defining technical requirements and program plans from customer use cases. Experience with standard program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence, risk tracking). Experience working with autonomous driving or ADAS technology stacks (perception, planning, controls, or HIL/SIL validation).
