Requirements

• As a minimum, the incumbent must have an MSc or be currently enrolled in a graduate program in Chemistry, have completed CHEM 2P42 or an equivalent course.

Employees who do NOT hold a 4-year honours degree or a 3-year pass degree will be paid the undergraduate rate - $22.07 per hour. (Rate effective September 1, 2024) Employees who hold a 4-year honours degree or a 3-year pass degree will be paid the graduate rate - $34.73 per hour. (Rate effective September 1, 2024) In cases where additional duties are required as part of a Teaching Assistant's duties, these hours shall be compensated at the appropriate Teaching Assistant rate.
