Responsibilities
- The primary function of the role is the delivery of the New Technology and Digitization Roadmap within the SEA-HK acting as Business Project Manager and working closely with DOA Digital Delivery Team to that end. Key deliverables and accountabilities include:

- The position is the Business Project Manager (BPM) in projects to develop and improve systems and standards. The position owner oversees the interdependencies and technical options to cover new developments in the business.
- Lead/Develop/Support and Challenge key stakeholders in applying Operational changes and initiatives within Shell systems and process infrastructure
- Collaboration and escalation with Process Architects/SME's and Super Users to ensure robust system and process alignment
- Ensure compliance to IT control framework and process in SEA-HK cluster Operations
- Develop, maintain and review the SEA-HK cluster operations dashboard including periodic appraisal of RT and storage and handling (S&H) financial and non-financial performance needed to aid regular benchmarking reviews and identification of improvement opportunities.
- Develop required monthly appraisal on the SEA-HK D-Ops initiative funnel and cost savings delivery using FIT4 to track status and benefits achieved.
- Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) and Digitalization culture
- Support the sustainability and development of CI practitioners capability in the cluster and participate in the CI/UP Networks/Forums
- Owner of the SEA-HK Improvement Program
- Improve digitalization competency for D-Ops operations

- Master in structural improvement management
- Drive an improvement culture, roadmap and agenda
- An Engineering BS, comparable Technical degree, or relevant experience in Distribution Operations business applications, systems and processes
- Strong analytical and digitization skills and a conscientious attention to detail.
- Track record / experience and evidence in designing / rolling out functional and performance improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to effectively influence and organize diverse and multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex and ambiguous issues into a structured, workable plan.
- Excellent stakeholder management and networking capability
- Established CI capabilities and CI track record
- Knowledge in structural improvement management
- A broad knowledge of Distribution Operations and Market needs.
- Possess relevant IT & Digital skillsets (eg: programming language, macro, Power BI, Power Apps) to perform DIY application/software development
- Strong understanding of relevant current/emerging Digital & Technology trends
- Experienced in applying Continuous Improvement standard methods and tools to projects or improvement activities preferably with CI certifications (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Passion for new technologies, innovation and out-of-box thinking
