Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and build trusted relationships
• Support with personal care and daily routines
• Accompany clients to appointments, outings, and social activities
• Encourage walks, hobbies, and community engagement
• Prepare meals and maintain a high-quality home environment
• Monitor wellbeing and communicate with the office team
• You will play a key role in supporting independence and enhancing quality of life
• Must be currently based in the UK and able to work in London/Westminster
• Right to work in the UK (essential - no sponsorship available)
• Compassionate, professional, and reliable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Previous care experience is essential
• £870 to £940 per week (live-in pay)
• Training and ongoing local support
• Work in a prestigious Westminster setting
