Retail Assistant / Shop Assistant (Khcycle @ ECP Showroom)

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our Khcycle showroom at East Coast Park (ECP). This role is more than just a typical retail position; you will be the face of our brand in Singapore's most active cycling hub. You will be responsible for providing a seamless shopping experience, from welcoming customers to managing professional checkouts, while actively participating in our community's cycling culture. Job Description & Responsibilities Customer Service: Provide efficient and friendly checkout and professional customer service. Sales Support: Work closely with the team to achieve monthly sales targets. Inquiries: Handle store phone calls and email inquiries professionally. Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe checkout and retail area. Relationship Building: Build strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service. Stock Management: Assist with receiving, arranging, and replenishing stock and product displays. Housekeeping: Perform general housekeeping to keep the store clean and welcoming. Admin Tasks: Carry out simple administrative tasks as required. Engagement: Participate in weekly bike rides to engage with customers and build rapport. Working Hours & Schedule Mondays - Fridays: 12:00 PM to 7:30 PM Saturdays - Sundays: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Schedule: 6-day work week (1 rest day on a weekday). Note: Must be able to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays. Job Requirements Education: Minimum Primary/Secondary School ("O" Level), Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A-Level, College, or Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field. Soft Skills: Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Experience: Experience in retail bicycle sales is an advantage, but entry-level candidates are welcome. Knowledge: Basic knowledge of bicycles or the bicycle industry is a plus. Attitude: Strong communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude; willingness to learn and take initiative.
