Corporate Solicitor

Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse portfolio of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures.
• Providing high-quality legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
• Advising clients on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• You could be based out of either our Sale or Central Manchester offices, will get exposure to high quality work and have direct access to 2 very experienced Partners who are keen to see personal development and growth with their colleagues.
