Job Description Assist with invoice matching, verification, and supporting documentation. Prepare payment schedules and supporting documents for payments to vendors and suppliers. Assist in monthly account reconciliations by verifying transactions and supporting documentation. Support month-end closing activities, including the compilation, filing, and maintenance of accounting records. Provide support for day-to-day office administration and general administrative operations (including preparing and issuing of ad-hoc Purchase Orders). Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications & Experience A relevant qualification or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Words Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good organisational and filing skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work independently and as part of a team
