Job Summary Under supervision, implement the Medline ReNewal Reprocessing Program to help ensure client staff acceptance and follow-through with procedures. Job Description Core Job Responsibilities: Oversee preparation and shipment of materials, ensuring proper labeling and organization. Identify reprocessable items and recommend cost-saving opportunities. Provide on-site support, addressing workflow issues and assisting with process improvements. Educate and train staff on program benefits and best practices through group sessions and one-on-one discussions. Support training initiatives using digital tools and reporting platforms to share performance insights. Conduct scheduled facility visits, assist with onboarding, and gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness. The anticipated salary range for this position: $19.75 - $28.75 Hourly The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold. Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
