Job Description Build the future of play. We're looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager - LEGO® Discovery Centres to lead the delivery of world-class attractions across the globe. From site developments and major refurbishments to immersive experiences and retail environments, you'll drive complex, high-profile projects from concept to completion. As part of a growing global function, you'll also help shape the future of project delivery , creating scalable processes, governance and best practices while collaborating with international stakeholders to bring unforgettable guest experiences to life. We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both , requiring 3 days in the office location in Billund and 2 days from home. Core Responsibilities Lead global construction projects - Deliver LEGO® Discovery Centre developments , refurbishments and maintenance projects from planning through to completion. Drive project performance - Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Manage contractors and suppliers - Oversee procurement, vendor performance, contractor coordination and the development of a strong global supply chain. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders - Partner with Finance, Operations, Attractions, Design, Retail, Procurement and external partners (Merlin) to achieve successful project outcomes. Provide governance and reporting - Monitor risks, budgets and progress, delivering clear reporting and controls across multiple international projects. Shape future project delivery - Help develop global processes, governance frameworks, best practices and scalable ways of working to drive continuous improvement. Do you have what it takes Extensive construction project management experience , ideally within retail, leisure, attractions or experiential environments. Strong knowledge of white box construction and fit-out delivery , with a track record of managing projects from concept to completion. Experience delivering multiple international projects simultaneously , balancing priorities, timelines and stakeholders. Commercial and financial acumen , including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and performance reporting. Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills , with experience working across cross-functional teams, external partners and suppliers, and driving process improvement.
