Responsibilities
- Lead and Innovate: Drive financial forecasting and management reporting, overseeing the financial reporting and analysis of consolidated financial results that inform key business decisions.
- Be a Strategic Partner: Partner closely with the business, providing financial insights and actionable analysis to support their objectives. Support strategic decision-making.
- Optimize and Improve: Enhance finance and business operations with smarter and more efficient processes and workflows.
- In-depth Financial Analysis: Provide in-depth financial analysis in support of investment initiatives.
- Support and Advise: Provide essential financial guidance on various topics.
- Back-up: Act as backup for the Finance Director when needed.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports.
- Oversee monthly closings and communicate results to business partners.
- Develop financial forecasts.
- Partner with budget owners to manage spending, focusing on headcount, operating expenses, and financial targets.
- Use financial modeling and analysis to support ad-hoc requests.
- Challenge the status quo by driving continuous process improvements and maintaining internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and confidently support audits.
- Oversight one direct report.
- Required Education, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Economics
- At least 8-10 years of relevant analytical work experience in finance/ accounting.
- Broad practical knowledge of financial planning, forecasting and reporting processes and internal controls.
- Proven experience in business partnering and building effective relationships.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of manufacturing and cost accounting.
- Exceptional communication skills-you're clear, concise, and persuasive
- A proactive, improvement-oriented attitude.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Proficiency with SAP, strong Excel capabilities and experience with BI Tools is preferred

The site supplies medicines to more than 110 countries worldwide.
