Responsibilities

  • Use HRIS tools and data insights to inform decisions and influence strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a consultative or partner role
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect HR strategy to operational goals
  • Deep understanding of employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
  • Skilled communicator with strong coaching, influencing, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities
  • Experience in startup or high-growth settings is a plus
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
