Ihre Aufgaben beinhalten: Betreiben und Überwachen der gesamten Produktionsanlage aus der zentralen Messwarte Qualitätskontrolle der laufenden Produktion im Betriebslabor Ergreifen und/oder Veranlassen der entsprechenden Maßnahmen bei Störungen und Abweichungen vom Sollzustand Rückmeldung an den Schichtmeister bei Abweichungen vom Sollzustand in einem Produktionsbereich. Kommunikation mit den Kollegen der EVONIK-Messwarte bei auftretenden Problemen in der Rohstoffversorgung seitens der EVONIK. Nach Abstimmung mit dem Schichtmeister, Ergreifen und/oder Veranlassen der entsprechenden Maßnahmen bei Abweichung von der Produktspezifikation, z.B. Oberfläche, pH-Wert usw. QM-gerechtes Führen von Kontroll- und Produktions- und qualitätsrelevanten Tabellen, z.B. SPC-Karten. Überwachen des Produktionsgeländes außerhalb der Normalarbeitszeit mit Hilfe der angebrachten Überwachungskameras (zentraler Monitor) Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften Aushilfe in der Abfüllung und Außenanlage bei Bedarf At Cabot, we bring the power of innovative chemistry and a spirit of partnership with our customers to advance solutions that will enable a sustainable future.
