Skills & Qualifications Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience), Accountancy Qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, ACA) and at least 5-7 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required. Strong financial analysis and reporting skills. Proficiency in Excel and financial systems. Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and internal controls. Ideally from a manufacturing or engineering environment and with experience working across multiple countries (Global, APAC, or similar regional scope).
