Requirements

  • To create and nurture customer relationships that will build the foundations for loyalty and enduring value, by providing "world class" customer service, ensuring responsibility and accountability to the continuous improvement process.
  • Communicating with Customers, Engineers and all EA-RS Group personnel, working to the Company KPI's. Support the engineering team to ensure calls are booked and completed in a methodical way, in line with SLA's.
  • Key Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate engineer, subcontractor and customer bookings in line with SLA requirements.
  • Manage and progress service calls through the service management system.
  • Maintain accurate engineer calendars, customer portals and CRM records.
  • Arrange and distribute required documentation, including RAMS, permits and booking forms.
  • Schedule preventative maintenance visits alongside reactive service calls where possible.
  • Process quotes, raise work orders and coordinate parts ordering with internal teams.
  • Ensure customer communications are responded to within agreed timescales.
  • Provide administrative support and cover for team members as required.
  • Maintain accurate records, call notes and internal communications.
  • Build positive working relationships with customers, engineers and internal departments.
