Requirements

- Key Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate engineer, subcontractor and customer bookings in line with SLA requirements.
- Manage and progress service calls through the service management system.
- Maintain accurate engineer calendars, customer portals and CRM records.
- Arrange and distribute required documentation, including RAMS, permits and booking forms.
- Schedule preventative maintenance visits alongside reactive service calls where possible.
- Process quotes, raise work orders and coordinate parts ordering with internal teams.
- Ensure customer communications are responded to within agreed timescales.
- Provide administrative support and cover for team members as required.
- Maintain accurate records, call notes and internal communications.
- Build positive working relationships with customers, engineers and internal departments.
