Responsibilities
- Manage various employee wellness and/or benefits programs, such as group life, medical, dental, disability, EAP, pensions
- Ensure benefits policies and procedures are properly administered and delivered in a fair and consistent manner

- Implement new or enhanced benefits programs (e.g., medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, life insurance, retirement, and employee assistance, recognition programs)
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise and HR Operations to ensure that human resources core services are delivered effectively and efficiently
- Oversee the collection and overall accuracy of benefits data located within the HRIS
- Audit data that is transferred between the organization and benefits vendors; ensuring accurate benefit reporting
- Manage benefit and wellness vendors including periodic performance reporting; communicate with benefits vendors to ensure employee requests, inquiries and problems are resolved in a timely manner
- Handle and resolve escalated issues raised by junior staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business/Business Management, or related field, with 5 or more years combination of Benefits Administration-related education, experience and training
- OR 9 years of combined relevant education, experience and training.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business/Business Management, Communications, or a related field of study, with 5-7 years of Benefits Administration-related experience, education, and training.
- Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
- Ability to be both flexible and adaptable
