Progress Assistant 5 days (32.5 hours per week), Permanent Start date: 1st September 2026 Normal working day 8:20am - 3:20pm (6.5 hours + 30 mins unpaid lunch break) Term Time and Inset Days Scale 3 Point 5 - 6, £27,502 - £27,938 Actual salary £21,034 - £21,367 We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and able Progress Assistant to work with our students. The successful applicant will be working alongside classroom teachers to help deliver intervention, support the learning and progress of the pupils and also deliver specific interventions and personal care for those pupils who require extra support.
