Responsibilities

  • Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Own and define part of the product vision and strategy for the Health Companion experience, focusing on personalized content delivery, health tracking, goal-based frameworks, and user engagement
  • Ship high-impact features that drive activation, engagement, and retention across Content, Trackers, and goal-based frameworks journeys, measured by WAU, PMF, and retention metrics
  • Leverage AI/ML to deliver personalized experiences, from recommendation systems (content, tools) to LLM-powered features, balancing user value with technical feasibility
  • Design and iterate on a personalization engine that adapts content, trackers, and journeys to user health profiles, goals, and behaviors, driving measurable improvements in engagement and health outcomes
  • Navigate complex trade-offs between user engagement, medical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and business goals, making data-informed decisions with incomplete information
  • Partner with content, design, and engineering teams to create engaging, medically-accurate health content in various formats (stories, articles, interactive tools)
  • Define and implement measurement frameworks to track user engagement, goal achievement, and health outcomes
  • Work with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, content, medical, marketing) to deliver a seamless, integrated health companion experience

Requirements

  • Have 6+ years of experience in Product Management, with direct ownership of consumer-facing products: leading discoveries, writing specifications, launching features, measuring impact, and iterating, preferably in health tech or consumer apps with high engagement
  • Have shipped mobile-first consumer products with strong engagement
  • Experience in health, parenting, wellness, or lifestyle domains is a plus but not mandatory
  • Have built retention loops and habit-forming features that demonstrably improved retention and that drive behavior change
  • Are comfortable working with content management systems, analytics platforms, and personalization engines
  • Have a highly structured approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and execution, with the ability to prioritize efficiently while managing stakeholder expectations
  • Have scaled consumer products across multiple markets, navigating complex user needs and regulatory environments
  • Demonstrate passion for health and wellness, with understanding of how digital tools can improve health outcomes
  • Have experience in AI-powered products, from integrating machine learning to having large language models in production
  • Are fluent in English & French (C1 level minimum) to engage with diverse teams and markets
  • Are ambitious to transform healthcare with an entrepreneurial mindset
