Responsibilities
- Support daily trading and commercial activities for Low Sulfur Marine Gas Oil (LSMGO).
- Maintain and update daily market data, including MOPS pricing reports.
- Coordinate closely with Trading, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Prepare and issue invoices for cargo deliveries, ex-wharf sales, bunkering transactions, and related services.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
- Manage customer credit limits and maintain accurate credit records.
- Conduct customer KYC checks and onboarding processes.
- Support onboarding and verification of new vendors.
- Handle trade finance documentation, including Letters of Credit, shipping documents, LOIs, and invoices.
- Prepare margin analysis and management reports.
- Support month-end closing activities and SAP reconciliation.
- Assist in internal and external audits, including ICFR compliance.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trading operations, shipping, bunker trading, oil trading, or commercial operations.
- Proficiency in SAP is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications (advanced level).
- Knowledge of oil trading, bunker operations, shipping documentation, and trade finance is an added advantage.
