Job Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across technical, engineering, and corporate functions Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower plans, business priorities, and talent requirements Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract niche talent within the semiconductor and advanced manufacturing sectors Drive direct sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and industry channels Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent insights to stakeholders Coordinate interview processes, offer management, and onboarding activities Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and talent engagement activities Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to management
