As a Capital Markets Director - Sales (F) within PNC's Financial Institutions Group organization, you will be based in Dallas, TX. Preferences: Capital Markets experience Experience with marketing to banks with 500mm + in assets Experience developing business and managing relationships with community and regional banks in the local market Self-motivated with the ability to network successfully and convert prospects into clients Experience advising banks regarding bank balance sheet strategies and capital markets products (hedging, fixed income, capital and liquidity, and loan portfolio sales/purchases) Works well in a collaborative, team environment Minimum of Bachelors in finance, Econ, or accounting preferred Licenses: SIE, Series 7, 79 and 63. Manages and develops client relationships. Provides superior client experience. Works closely with relationship managers, investment bankers, traders and other internal service partners to develop, market and deliver capital markets solutions to our clients. Provides appropriate solutions based on in-depth assessment of client objectives and market conditions. Develops and maintains client and/or investor relationships. Coordinates the execution of key sales and marketing strategies, such as product structuring and product distribution to maximize sales and develop new business activity. Maintains current knowledge of industry and market developments, deal flow and regulatory requirements. Maintains compliance with policies and regulations. Provides coaching to other team members.
