About the role

Hledáme zkušeného kolegu nebo kolegyni na pozici Warehouse Manager (Manažer/ka skladu) , který/á převezme odpovědnost za kompletní řízení skladových operací v Praze. Vaší rolí bude: Řídit každodenní chod skladu (příjem, skladování, expedice) a zajišťovat včasné dodávky v rámci EMEA Optimalizovat skladové procesy, řídit zásoby a řešit případné nesrovnalosti Zajišťovat exportní celní agendu včetně podávání deklarací a komunikace s úřady Vést a rozvíjet tým, plánovat kapacity a dohlížet na bezpečnost a standardy Nastavovat a sledovat klíčová KPI a spolupracovat s dalšími odděleními ✅ Co budete potřebovat? Minimálně 5 let zkušeností v oblasti skladové logistiky nebo operations Prokazatelnou zkušenost s exportní celní problematikou Výhodou zkušenost s interním (in-house) celním odbavením Zkušenosti s vedením týmu a schopnost motivovat ostatní Velmi dobré organizační a analytické schopnosti Samostatnost a schopnost fungovat v novém, budovaném prostředí Komunikativní znalost angličtiny (čeština výhodou) 🎁 Co Vám můžeme nabídnout?
