The Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist plays a key role in driving the full-cycle recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate/new hire experience for employee engagement outcomes. This role partners closely with hiring managers and school administrators to understand staffing needs and deliver top talent. Babilou Family US is part of a global network of 1,100 early education and child care centers. We provide quality early education and child care across 42 New England schools.
