Your next career opportunity The Department of Management and Marketing is seeking to engage talented educators in fixed term teaching focused roles to contribute to programs including the Master of Management and Master of Digital Marketing. Opportunities are available in the following postgraduate subjects in Semester 2 2026: MKTG90041 Customer Experience Design This subject focuses on how to improve customer experiences through effective design and organisational change management. Role: Lecturer (Subject Coordinator) What you will deliver: Delivery of high quality student-centred learning experiences across a 12 week teaching period Management of subject websites, teaching materials, and assignment submission and marking Student consultations and enquiries during the teaching and exam period You may be a great fit if you: A doctoral level qualification in a Management or Marketing discipline and/or equivalent experience and expertise Relevant postgraduate teaching experience A scholarly approach to teaching and learning, including experience in analysing and addressing student learning needs An ability to work collaboratively and collegially with academic and professional staff colleagues Hold or be eligible to obtain a Victorian Working With Children Check before teaching commences.
