Requirements

  • The HR Recruitment Support will:
  • Works together with the Recruiters depending on the field;
  • Participate in the weekly organization and status points together with the Recruiters with whom they collaborate;
  • Organize job interviews: Day1: contact the candidates by phone and schedule the first online interview through Visio;
  • Day2: the physical interview is organized in Clermont Ferrand for a day with various tests with the recruiter, the HR Business Partener or the manager;
  • Organize/book the candidates' lunch. It deals with the requests for reimbursement of travel expenses for the purpose of recruitment of the candidates;
  • Manage exchanges with all participants in the recruitment process (recruiters, managers, HR Business Partners and others);
  • Manages the employment contract for fixed-term, indefinite-term employment, agents, collaborators and executives: drafts employment contracts and monitors signatures;
  • Prepares and follows up the administrative files;
  • Answer the administrative questions of all the actors involved;
  • Ensuring the administrative management of the hiring process: finalize the administrative part of the employment;
  • Validates the salary slip from the month of employment;
  • Builds and provides answers to all applicants from internal/external partners in coordination with the various actors in the process, in a spirit of service culture.
