About the role
Manager, People & Development The position will drive the over-all learning and talent development function across all assets. The role requires strong organizational and administrative skills, computer skills, and engagement skills across all levels. Drives training needs analysis and annual training plan cycle. Supports other learning and development programs, initiatives. Bachelor's Degree in HR, Hospitality Management, Learning & Development, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR, preferably in similar role. Strong experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and developing annual training plans. Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and engagement skills across all levels. Strong organizational, administrative, and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in onboarding, orientation programs, and coordinating with departmental trainers and leaders. Passion for people development, continuous learning, coaching, and promoting positive workplace culture.
