Requirements

- Curious and a fast learner: willing to get up to speed on physical security, networking, and access control products without a technical background goingin.
- Independent: able to take ownership of projects and manage your own timeline with light supervision.
- Thinks like lead generation: sees every campaign or event in terms of the leads and pipeline it should produce, not just impressions or likes.
- Strong written English and comfortable drafting EDMs, social copy, and presentation decks.

The Marketing Specialist supports the Lead Generation team in keeping D-Ron's day-to-day marketing operations running: website and SEO updates, leadtracking, event coordination, and content publishing. This is a hands-on,execution-focused role with minimal strategic planning responsibility. You'll mostly be working from briefs, content plans, and templates set by the wider team, making sure our channels stay updated, leads are captured and routed correctly, and campaigns and events are well supported on the ground.
