Avionics Modifications Manager

Requirements

• Minimum of ten (10) years' experience working in corporate aircraft avionics in a repair station environment
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience managing complex aircraft avionics modification and engineering integration services
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience supervising/mentoring a staff of ten or more
• Mastery of inspection & install procedures with excellent troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical directives
• Ability to provide technical assistance to customers and employees
• Prefer Bachelor's Degree in Aviation, Business Management, Finance or equivalent work experience
• FCC license or an FAA Repairman's Certificate required
• Airframe or Repairman's certification preferred

Job Summary Integration: Responsible for Avionics Integration services to include management of integration staff, coordination of certification with engineering and development of customer proposals to ensure acceptable profitability and risk management. Provide technical assistance to all company customers and employees. Service: Responsible for avionics installation and line services to include management of production staff, coordination of certification with engineering and development of customer proposals to ensure acceptable profitability and risk management. This position has ultimate responsibility for the profitability of the Avionics group and customer satisfaction.
