Client Service Representative Job Description: We are looking for a personable and skilled Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! As the primary point of contact at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every client interaction-whether over the phone or in person-results in a positive and memorable impression. Your ability to create a welcoming environment and deliver exceptional service will be key to our success. CSR Responsibilities: Workflow Management: Optimizes daily schedules by prioritizing appointments, client education, and triaging lobby needs (vaccines, wellness, retail). Communication: Manages a multi-line phone system, handles calls/messages, and provides a warm, professional welcome. Client Care & Compassion: Delivers exceptional service, remains calm during emergencies, and manages emotional or difficult client interactions with empathy. Administrative Duties: Accurately processes payments, maintains precise client/pet records, and handles documentation (scanning, emailing, etc.). General Support: Completes all tasks assigned by supervisors.
