Responsibilities
- Define and execute a territory sales plan for France, driving net new logo acquisition through disciplined prospecting, pipeline development, and strategic account pursuit
- Run complete, multistakeholder sales cycles end to end, from discovery and qualification through solution design, negotiation, and close, consistently building toward and exceeding your targets
- Build and manage a high quality pipeline that balances breadth across your enterprise territory with depth in your highest priority opportunities
- Partner closely with Solutions Engineers, Channel Development, and Rubrik's partner ecosystem to position our data security platform against the full scope of customer risk
- Develop relationships with key decision makers and executive sponsors within target accounts, connecting Rubrik's capabilities to their most pressing business priorities
- Work with channel partners, distributors, and VARs to extend your reach and accelerate growth across the territory
- Provide market intelligence back to Rubrik leadership, including competitive signals, customer insights, and partnership opportunities that shape our go to market in France
- Experience You'll Need
- 2+ years of enterprise technology sales experience (IT infrastructure, SaaS, or ideally both)
- Demonstrated ability to source your own pipeline and land net new logos within the French enterprise market
- Fluent in French and English; you engage confidently with enterprise buyers and technical stakeholders in both languages
- Understanding of enterprise buying cycles, procurement processes, and multistakeholder decision making
- Driven, goal oriented approach; you hold yourself accountable to pipeline metrics and push consistently to convert activity into outcomes
- Comfortable working with channel partners as part of a broader go to market motion
Requirements
- Background in cybersecurity, data protection, backup/recovery, or adjacent infrastructure categories
- Experience with MEDDPICC as a sales qualification and execution framework
- Existing relationships within the French enterprise market
- Familiarity with Salesforce for pipeline management and forecast accuracy
