Reed's Technology division in Leeds is growing, and we are looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our high-performing team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle within the technology sector, taking ownership of your own desk and building long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Key responsibilities include: Developing new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships Taking detailed job briefs and providing market insight Negotiating fees and terms of business Sourcing, headhunting and qualifying technology professionals Managing the full interview and offer process Supporting candidates through to successful onboarding Completing all compliance checks, including right to work, references and documentation Earnings and career progression Uncapped bonus structure with strong earning potential Clear career progression framework with opportunities for promotion every six months based on performance Industry-leading training and development from day one

Recruitment Consultant - Technology Leeds City Centre Salary: up to £30,000 (inexperienced) up to £45,000 (experienced), plus uncapped bonus Contract: Full time, permanent Working pattern: Hybrid, three days in the office and two from home after initial onboarding Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
