About the role

- Organize wellness-related activities, campaigns, and programs for internal staff
- Promote initiatives aimed at improving employee well-being, work life harmony, and overall workplace satisfaction
- Collaborate with the IT team to enhance and develop the company intranet portal, creating a user-friendly platform where employees can easily access company policies, employee referral programs, wellbeing resources, feedback channels, and other key information.
- Coordinate with IT and other teams for new hire onboarding
- Work collaboratively across HR functions to support overarching employee experience processes
- Administrative duties as assigned
