FPV Flight Instructor

Responsibilities

• You should have the following
• Expert FPV Drone Pilot (acro mode)
• Experience in teaching, coaching or mentoring adults in a technical environment
• Experience in troubleshooting FPV drones
• Good understanding of UAV full system
• Expert at safety and risk assessment
• Experience with mechanical assembly
• Good documentation and communication
• High attention to detail
• Must be able to carry 50 lbs. of equipment over 5 km of varied terrain, stand for extended periods while wearing body armor, and tread water for a minimum of 10 minutes

Requirements

• FAA Part 107 Certificate (strongly preferred) - must be willing to study and pass the Part 107 exam within 3 weeks of hire
• Prior military or tactical UAS experience
• US Salary Range
• $70,000 - $95,000 USD
