It is a strategic role designed to solve a core challenge in today's L&D landscape: how to provide highly engaging, effective training at scale in a fast-paced environment. Instead of just creating courses, this individual will produce learning experiences that are on-brand and in a format that our audience already consumes in their daily lives. This includes creating and disseminating microlearning videos, internal podcasts, and engaging digital content that is both educational and easy to digest. This role's ultimate purpose is to drive measurable training impact by leveraging a different skillset to reach learners in a new way, ensuring that the right learning content is delivered at the right time in the right format. It allows the L&D function to innovate and move from a reactive state of building requested courses to a proactive state of designing scalable, strategic learning solutions.
