Patient Experience Concierge

About the role

We are looking for a Patient Experience Concierge to be the first voice of our clinic . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, high-touch service, and creating a sense of trust and comfort - especially for patients who may feel anxious about dental visits. You will play a key role in shaping how patients perceive our clinic - even before they step through the door.

Responsibilities

• 📞 Manage incoming patient calls with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
• 🗓 Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently
• 💬 Conduct treatment follow-ups (calls & WhatsApp) with empathy and attention
• ✅ Perform daily appointment confirmations
• 🧾 Provide clear explanations of treatments, pricing, and next steps
• 🌿 Create a calm, premium, and reassuring experience for every patient interaction
• 📊 Maintain accurate patient communication records
