[What the role is] We are looking for an HR leader to build and own the HR function for a dedicated team driving Singapore's future of financial services development. Working at the intersection of AI and digital finance, you will play a central role in building the people foundation of an initiative that will define Singapore's financial services landscape for years to come. This is a role for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable with ambiguity, and deeply committed to building a workplace where people can do their best work. The person appointed will report to the Head of the initiative and will establish the HR function from the ground up, assuming full ownership of it as the initiative grows and matures. [What you will be working on] You will develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the organisation's goals and evolving talent needs, owning the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to development and retention. Working closely with the leadership team, you will translate talent needs into actionable HR strategies, spanning workforce planning, performance management, and organisational culture. You will drive employee engagement and ensure our people practices remain competitive, compliant, and fit for purpose as we scale.
