Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end technical support (pre- and post-sales) to key customers in industrial automation and robotics
- Engage deeply in customer system architecture design, delivering system-level solutions for PLC, process control, and field instrumentation applications

- Lead or participate in schematic and PCB design reviews; support debugging, validation, and failure analysis to accelerate production readiness
- Drive Design-In / Design-Win in close collaboration with sales and business units
- Deliver technical training, solution presentations, and drive adoption of ADI solutions
- Gather customer and market insights to influence new product definition and roadmap planning
- Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields (Circuits & Systems, Microelectronics, Power Electronics)
- 6+ years of experience in industrial automation, process control, instrumentation, or robotics
- Strong understanding of industrial communication and interface technologies (Ethernet, EtherCAT, CAN FD, IO-Link, RS-232/485, etc.)
- Deep expertise in analog signal chain design, including op amps, ADCs, and DACs
- Ability to independently design complete signal chains from sensing to data conversion
- Strong hands-on debugging and noise analysis capability
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts
Requirements
- Experience with PLC modules, motor drives, or robotics system design
- Prior FAE or customer-facing technical support experience
- Familiarity with functional safety or high-reliability industrial design is a plus
