J ob Description: We are seeking a Project Coordinator based in our Seville office. In this role, as a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall success of Global Operations. You will act as a key link between technical teams, customers, and management, coordinating both operational and engineering-related activities. Working under the supervision of the Global Services Manager, you will contribute to achieving business outcomes with a focus on customer satisfaction, technical excellence, and revenue assurance. From contract execution through ongoing service delivery, you will support the coordination of all project activities, ensuring alignment between customer expectations, technical solutions, and financial performance. Role Overview The Project Coordinator will support the management of internal and/or external projects of moderate scope, ensuring proper coordination between technical execution and project management activities. This role combines project coordination with engineering awareness, being responsible for tracking progress, supporting revenue control, and addressing technical concerns raised by the customer. The project coordinator will work closely with service delivery, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and continuous service improvement. What you will be responsible for: Coordinating cross-functional teams (technical and operational) through meetings and progress tracking to ensure timely and efficient project and service delivery. Supporting project objectives definition by reviewing proposals, technical requirements, and service scope together with management. Acting as a liaison between technical teams and customers, ensuring proper understanding and follow-up of technical issues and requests. Monitoring project/service performance, including revenue tracking, cost awareness, and alignment with contractual obligations. Assisting in defining project responsibilities, phases, and resource allocation in coordination with technical leads and management. Preparing project and service status reports for key stakeholders by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operational and technical data. Identifying risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities, and proposing corrective actions. Supporting service level agreement (SLA) compliance and customer satisfaction. Ability to balance technical understanding with project coordination and financial awareness. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with technical teams, customers, and management. Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of project financials (revenue, costs, margins). Technical background (engineering or similar) is highly valued. Fluent in Spanish and English Familiarized with projects lifecycle and service delivery environments. Teamwork-oriented mindset Availability to travel.
