Engineering Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support production staff with machine and process troubleshooting.
• Guide team members to maintain output and product quality.
• Check material changes to ensure accuracy.
• Assist engineers with production control charts and checklists.
• Prepare production reports and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor and improve test results from production.
• Perform basic maintenance and repair of machinery.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical fields.
• No prior work experience required.
• Must have basic knowledge of team operations and computer skills (Excel, Word).
• Experience working in clean room environments will be a plus.
• Compensation& Benefits
• 1-year Contract (renewable)
• Shift allowances:
• Day $6.50
• Night: $15.50
• Meal allowances: $3.00
• Bonuses:
• Completion bonus
• Quarterly bonus
• Potential conversion to permanent employment
• Working Hours
• 3 / 4 days work week
• 12-hour shifts schedule:
• Day shift: 8.00am to 8.15pm
• Night shift: 8.00pm to 8.15am
