Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
  • Proven ability to build and manage client relationships and drive business growth
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Progress toward or completion of MBA, CFA, or CIM
  • AMIB Certification (Investment Strategies Advisor - Series 210)

We're seeking a Business Development Associate Director to drive growth across our Wealth business in Mexico, partnering with key intermediaries including asset managers, private banks, independent advisors, family and multi-family offices, and digital platforms. This is a highly client-facing role focused on developing and deepening strategic relationships with medium to high-value clients across both metro and non-metro markets. You'll act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your knowledge of capital markets and Vanguard's products to deliver tailored solutions, generate new business, and strengthen long-term partnerships. Success in this role requires strong sales acumen, relationship management expertise, and the ability to translate complex investment strategies into meaningful client outcomes. **This Hybrid role (in office Tues-Wed-Thurs) is based in Mexico City, MX**
