If you're answer is "yes," then this role might be perfect for you! 🤩 We're looking for full-time or student part-time (30 hrs/week) Support Associates who can communicate fluently in French and English, both in writing and speaking. You'll join our Support team for the North region in Budapest (Office location: 2nd district) and as part of our Shared Service Center, you'll be supporting Wolt countries and making a real impact every day. 💙 What You'll Be Doing Assisting customers, courier partners, and venues across multiple countries via live chat and phone Helping ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations Working closely with the support team and other Wolt teams to continuously improve our service 🌟 What We're Looking For You don't need previous customer service experience - we'll train you! If you do have experience, that's a bonus, but what really matters is your attitude and eagerness to learn. You're a great fit if you: Communicate clearly, warmly, and with a customer-first mindset Learn quickly, multitask with ease, and enjoy a fast-paced environment Availability and the right to work in Hungary You can work minimum 30 hours per week across different shift types (morning, evening, weekend) as required since we operate 24/7 You have professional working proficiency in French and English 🎁 What You'll Get by Joining Us Our starting salary for a 40-hour full-time position is 467.000 HUF gross per month, plus a shift and language allowance. The base hourly rate for students is 2.800 HUF.
