About the role

As a Senior Accounting RTR Analyst, you will help drive our goals by: Review and analyse information from the general ledger and other accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness, and take corrective action as appropriate Oversee the preparation of month-end and year-end close processes Lead the preparation of management accounts and reports for key business stakeholders Perform trial balance reviews, consolidation activities, and month-end control processes, including support for statutory audits Lead financial analysis and support monitoring of financial and operational performance metrics to drive informed decision-making Prepare presentations, standard and ad-hoc reports, and respond to business queries from stakeholders Ensure compliance with accounting standards and provide input on judgement-based accruals and assumptions Key skills that will help you succeed in this role : Proven experience in a record-to-report role within a global corporate environment, with a strong understanding of management accounting and financial reporting Strong business orientation with analytical and lateral thinking skills, able to derive insights and connect information from multiple sources Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders fluently in English Proactive, accountable and self-driven, with high integrity and attention to accuracy, consistently delivering on commitments Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), including dashboard and presentation creation High level of commercial awareness combined with a results-driven mindset and ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment Even if you only match some of the skills, we'd love to hear from you to discuss further!
