The role partners closely with NA Apparel Design, Product Management, and Development teams, as well as global creative and business stakeholders, within a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal Production Artist I is versatile, collaborative, and eager to learn, with a strong passion for bringing compelling on-product graphic storytelling to life. This candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and self-motivated, with a strong command of 2D tools-especially Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop-and a curiosity for the evolution of 3D product creation. They bring a solid design foundation and are comfortable working with complex graphics and prints, maintaining fidelity while helping execute new and innovative graphic solutions. They are motivated problem solvers and strong collaborators who value accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement while working at pace. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training Preferred design experience: 2+ years Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite; highly proficient in Illustrator; proficient in Photoshop Proficient in all aspects of graphic and product design including drawing/sketching, illustration, CAD development, typography, print and pattern development, trim creation, color theory and technical applications. Foundational understanding of apparel construction, schematic development and tech pack creation. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and timelines at once. Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional level experience in 3D and/or AI a plus (CLO, V-Stitcher, Vizcom) Technical skills within automation, scripts and CC Libraries are a plus
