About the role
We are looking for a commercially minded Finance Analyst - Revenue Insights & Partnering to join our Freight Finance team at Team Global Express. This is a key commercial finance role partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to drive revenue performance, customer profitability, and data-led decision making across a national network of 30+ branches. Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to improve customer profitability and revenue performance
- Deliver clear, actionable financial insights to support commercial decision making
- Translate national revenue and volume plans into branch-level targets across 30+ locations
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes
- Analyse customer, product, and branch performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide meaningful variance analysis and performance reporting
- Drive alignment between Sales, Product, and Operations to improve execution consistency
